Release of 2.0
The much anticipated 2.0 with webmail is now out.
Along with the webmail module there has been alot of cryptographic changes in the software. You should upgrade all your systems to Crypt::CBC 2.17 perl module because of a weakness in the prior versions of Crypt::CBC.
For this upgrade I recommend you dump your database to a file for backup purposes before you do this upgrade. Extensive tests were done against migrating from pre 2.17 to 2.17 version of this module but you can never be to safe. The backup rule applies to both admin and hosting databases.
When upgrading to Crypt::CBC 2.17 you must upgrade all machines with GNUHH modules. The encryption of 2.17 will not talk to modules running previous versions of Crypt::CBC.
The webmail application has been developed and tested using courier-imap. We will do more testing against other imap servers and would like any input you have if your using other imap servers.
For the spell checker in the webmail application you need to install aspell-6.0 and Text::Aspell perl module.
