Downloading Hosting Helper

Hosting Helper files are hosted on SourceForge.net and I ask that you try to download from SF file repository first because they have so much more bandwidth than I do.

That being said, since there have been problems with SourceForge, its mirrors, and operation lately I have decided to include the tar packages on the repository mirrors so that you can download them even when SourceForge.net is down.
